Every ZEHA ID stands for a driver whose identity is police-verified, whose licence, insurance and vehicle documents are tracked to expiry, and who is registered for tax under their own TIN. The dashboard is availed to all stakeholders — the OPC, the Ministry of Transport, the ZRP, local authorities, VID, ZIMRA, POTRAZ, insurers and member platforms — through protected access. Every lookup is logged. Access is issued by the secretariat: secretariat@zeha.co.zw.

Access codes are issued to authorised stakeholder organisations by the ZEHA secretariat. Lookups return standing only — current, suspended, lapsed or not found — with document validity dates. The dashboard discloses the minimum necessary and operates in full compliance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].
